Plan with me- Coffee Love (ft- CDB Planner Prints) Mini Happy Planner

This week my plan with mes are all using the same kit. I was looking for a coffee themed printable planner sticker kit for my Recollections Planner and came across this one. I liked the art work used in it and it had most of the stickers I want to use in that planner. Added to that was the fact that for the one price you got 5 sizes of kit in one I was sold. I really wanted to see how that was done. I wondered would all the sizes of the kit have exactly the same stickers? Would the kit be really usable in all the sizes? So many questions.

Normally I wouldn't be using the exact same kit in all three of my plan with mes in a week but I wanted really be able to talk about this kit coming in so many size formats.

This kit is from the Etsy Shop CDB Planner Prints and you can find the Coffee Love kit here. The cost is $2.50 which is a good price for a printable kit and the fact that all five sizes are in one purchase makes it an even better price if you use multiple sized planners.

So the 5 sizes/formats that come in the kit are: vertical Erin Condren (which I use in my Recollections Planner) horizontal Erin Condren, Original Happy Planner, Mini Happy Planner and Big Happy Planner. Since I use 3 of those size kits those are the ones I am going to be talking about in my blogs/videos this week.

So my thoughts on the Mini Happy Planner version of this kit. Frankly of the three sizes of the kit I used I was the least impressed with this one. The boxes were too tall to fit the space and had to be trimmed in order to fit. The thing that I am most surprised by was that when printed the one page was barely half full of stickers but 2 things that are so important to doing a spread in this particular planner were missing- the thin strips to go between the days and any washi for the punched edge of the pages. There were two strips included for the top of the page though. I would rather of had the thin the strips at least in place of the extra box. Also since this planner is a horizontal format and so small I wish the weekend banner would have been scaled down more. It would have taken up too much space as printed. But I have to say for the price I am very happy with the kit even for this size.

My thoughts on the Happy Planner version of the kit-

The first thing I noticed was that there were only 8 half boxes in this size, the vertical Erin Condren there had been 12. I don't normally need more than 8 so not really an issue.

When I started to place the stickers I did find that on the stickers I printed they were all just a touch too wide. Not a huge amount but with the boxes touching like they are in the Happy Planer I did have to layer on the edges. I do print my stickers on 100% size with no borders on my printer. For this planner I usually just use the normal setting for the print quality.

Overall I like this kit for this size, there are a lot of stickers included that I don't use in this planner but if your Happy Planner is the main planner you use then it should suite your needs. There are no “little things” stickers included in any of the sizes that I looked at although there are Little Things headers. Since the color scheme is neutral you should be able to find stickers to fill out the gaps left by the sticker selection. I find this to be fairly common in 2 page printable kits.

I really like the colors and graphics of the kit even though the colors don''t pop like they do on the glossy stickers in my Recollections Planner.

I would definitely look at kits from this shop again.

Plan with me- Coffee Love (ft- CDB Planner Prints) Recollections Planner

My thoughts on the Erin Condren vertical version:

Going in I knew there were a few things missing that I use every week. I do have options available to me in my stash that wasn't a problem I knew there were no dinner planning stickers of any kind, no hydrate stickers or any washi of any size in the kit.

My overall feeling is I really like this kit for how I plan. It really worked well with the addition of the stickers and washi tape for those few areas.

The sizes of the boxes printed out correctly for my planner (I use a 100% print size with borderless turned on for my printer) with the PDF file I received. I love the colors and the print quality was fine. I do normally print with “best” quality on my printer for this planner and I use glossy sticker paper.

I like that there were date covers included especially since this was so far off from the color scheme of the page.

I would definitely by another kit from this shop. And yes, it looks like all the weekly kits from this shop contain multiple sizes.

If you want to read about my thoughts on the other sizes of the kit that I used be sure to check out my blog posts for the other PWMs this week.

The other stickers used in this pwm are:

Dinner sticker from Thanksis Digital Art on Etsy

Hydrate sticker from Silver Shed Crafts on Etsy

Plan with me- Mini Happy Planner (ft- Planner Journey)

I debated with myself for a while about whether I was going to get a personal planner or not. I typically carry a fairly small purse but I really wanted one to help me keep more organized. Then I found the Mini Happy Planner, it is a bit smaller and it actually fits into my bag.

Since I didn't know for sure if I was going to get the Mini Happy Planner or not until I actually bought it I wouldn't have had time to order any stickers. That is one of the perks of using the printable stickers they are instant. So I bought my planner got home and found stickers. I had them downloaded, printed and in my planner within a couple of hours of getting home.

For the monthly spread I used was the January Monthly from BEaYOUtiful Planning on Etsy. I think it looks great even though I have no idea what I am going to track of on those pages.

For the first weekly spread I did I used the Hustle Coffee weekly kit from the same Etsy shop. I love the colors and how it looks in the planner. And since I planned the week at the end of the week I already knew what had happened for the most part.

Now onto the kit I used this week. I purchased the kit from the Etsy ShopPlanner Journey but the printout of the kit says it is from DEKDesigns. I have no idea what that is about at all. I do know the shop I purchased from is brand new on Etsy. I was able to get this kit  (Winter Glitter) on the shop's grand opening sale so it only cost me $1.12. That is a fantastic price for a big sheet of stickers that fill up the week really nicely.

Plan with me Happy Planner January 9-15 (ft- Cute Daisy and Wendaful)

This week in my Happy Planner I am combing a couple of free printable pages. The main page, the one I am looking to for color and theme is from the website Cute Daisy. The name of this page is called Denim and Lace and it is sized for the Happy Planner. Since the page didn't contain any check boxes (she might have them I didn't look) I used some free printable “To Do” boxes from Wendaful Designs. You can find them here if you would like to use them too. I love this sheet because it has so many colors, I can almost always find something that will match with my layout.

For my Happy Planner I like to print on matte paper. The paper I am using is just labeled as “ full sheet matte white blank sticker paper” I know that probably isn't very helpful. I can say this is not my favorite matte paper I have ever used either. When I find some matte paper I do like I will be sure to share it on a blog post.

Since my Happy Planner is more a functional planner and I am not as interested in the decorative aspects of sticker planning I almost always white space plan in it. If the kit has deco I use it but I don't worry if I don't have any deco.

Thanks for checking out my blog and watching the video. If you haven't already I would love to have you subscribe so you can find my future posts.

Plan with me January 9-15 (ft- Paper Crown Planner)

This week I am using a printable kit from the Etsy Shop Paper Crown Planner called Floral Blues. I love the colors in this kit and they go really well with the existing colors for January in the Recollections Planner. I think they would look great in an Erin Condren this month too. The price for this kit is $1.50 (I got it during a 50% off sale, not sure how long that sales lasts)

This is a 3 page kit and I find with the printable kits if I use a 3 page kit I usually don't have to find other stickers to complete my layout. I do prefer when I can just use the stickers from the kit since the layout looks so much more put together that way.

Since I am planning this in advance I really don't know too much of what it going on next week but I will be able to fill in things as I do find out.

Thanks for watching the video and checking out my blog. I would appreciate it if you could subscribe to both. That way I know you won't miss any of my posts.

Plan with me January 2-8 in my Happy Planner

This week in my Happy Planner I am using a free printable kit from the website Planner Addiction. This kit is huge! 8 full pages of planner stickers for just about everything you want to include in your weekly planner.

The kit is set up for the Erin Condren planner so the boxes are short in the Happy Planner but I really don't care. I use all kinds of kits in this planner some weeks I find ones that are made for the Happy Planner some weeks they are designed for other planners. As long as the width of the boxes is compatible with my planner I am fine.

Typically I do try to leave good amount of white space in this planner. The main purpose of this planner is to help me keep on top of my blog/video schedule on multiple channels so the white space helps a lot to keep me from feeling overwhelmed.

Thanks for stopping by, I know this pwm was a bit glitchy I will get better I promise. I am just out of practice doing these.
