Plan with me in my Happy Planner –Summer Lickin'– (ft Pansy's Prints)

This week for my Happy Planner I decided to go with this cute ice cream themed kit from Pansy's Prints. I love how bright and cheery this kit is. And the theme is perfect for summer and especially the month of August with all the fairs and carnivals that seem to pop up every where around here this time of year.

I just am having a lot of trouble believing it is already the beginning of August! Where the heck did the summer go??

Anyway I love this kit and I do encourage you to visit the Esty shop to see all the wonderful printable stickers available.

As I mentioned in the video I have started a Facebook page for this channel/blog and I would love it if you came over and hit that like button. I will be announcing all the videos and blog posts there so it will make it easier to catch all of them. I hope to get the conversation going too so feel free to stop by and say howdy any time.

Plan with me in my Recollections Planner –August Monthly – (ft Planning Choco)

For my monthly view I am returning a shop that has made a lot of appearances in this planner lately, Planning Choco on Etsy. I was looking for a monthly view kit that incorporated at least some purple since it is impossible to cover all the color on these pages in this planner. I really love the clip art in this kit and it looks so pretty in the planner. For only $3.00 you get not only the monthly view kit pages but you also get a page to decorate your monthly notes page too! I love when I can make them match so I was very happy to find this.

I get asked all the time what sticker paper I use. Here is a photo of the packaging from my current paper. This is at least the 3rd package of this brand I have used and I really like it. I buy it from a couple of different sellers on eBay, I find the prices there are better than Amazon for this paper.

As I mentioned at the tail end of the video I have started a Facebook page for this channel/blog and I would love it if you came over and hit that like button. Plan with me in my Happy Planner –Sunny Day– (ft Vintage Glam Studios)

It just happened that at the same time I got online to look for a kit to use in my Happy Planner this week Vintage Glam Studios posted a picture of this kit on her Facebook page. I decided that my search was over. I love this kit and the challenge of making a single page work for the week was a lot of fun. I did add some washi tape to “glitz it up” a bit and I decided to go find a habit tracker but that is all and depending on your planning style you might not need anything. Be sure to go visit Vintage Glam Studio's website and have a look around there are a bunch of great free printable kits over there.

So why did I decide to just use the one page kit this week. Mostly it was because I really liked the design that was chosen for it. I think it is perfect for a summer week. And since I did like it so much I decided to see how it would look without a lot of other stickers added. I really like how it turned out. And if you are on a strict budget this is certainly a planning style that is doable.

Plan with me in my Recollections Planner –Watermelon– (ft Petit Planner)

This week I went in search of a watermelon themed kit, I found this one and in my excitement I didn't even notice that it was sized for the Happy Planner!! LOL Oh well, it still works out just fine in my Recollections Planner and it is pretty. This kit comes from the Etsy Shop Petit Planner and the cost was $2.57.

Because of the fact the kit is sized for the Happy Planner the bottom washi strip didn't fit at all so I just dug into my collection of washi tape and found this black and white striped one. I think it really brings the design together and grounds it nicely.

The only sticker that I didn't have in the kit that I needed was habit trackers so I got out one from Ruby Red Iris Prints, I use this sheet of stickers a lot so I am really happy with the purchase. In fact I need to print off another page of them because I have run out of a lot of the colors.

I am really looking forward to using this kit and seeing how the different sizing works out in this planner.

I get asked all the time what sticker paper I use. Here is a photo of the packaging from my current paper. This is at least the 3rd package of this brand I have used and I really like it. Plan with me in my Happy Planner –August Monthly– (ft Best Printables 4U)

I know it is only the middle of July but because of the way I use my monthly spreads I need to get August set up. I found this kit at the Etsy shop Best Printables 4U and I love how it turned out. It can sometimes be a challenge to find a monthly kit that coordinates with the color on the weekend days on the pages but I think this one works very nicely. It will even work in my horizontal Happy Planner that I use for Journaling. (the colors are different in the two planners)

I know most out you don't have the same needs I do for your monthly pages but I hope you still like to see the kits and how I lay out the pages in my planner.

Plan with me in my Happy Planner –Tropical– (ft Design Sticker Store)

This week I am using this really pretty Tropical kit from Design Sticker Store on Etsy. I have continued on my quest to try and match the existing colors in my planner with kits that are seasonal and that I love. Some weeks are easier than others and I knew as soon as I saw this kit that I had to have it for this week. I really do enjoy having my spreads in my planners reflect the time of year so this is perfect.

The only downside for me this week is the lack of a habit tracker in the kit but I already decided I am going to find one in my leftover's stash. I know I have a lot of them left from other kits so I should be able to find one to match easily. On the bright side I can use up a sticker that was leftover from another kit. Not having that sticker in the kit is no big deal and it really is a wonderful and full kit. I happened to pick up my copy on a half price sale so it was only $1.50.

Plan with me in my Recollections Planner –Enchanted Roses– (ft I Love My Planner Shop)

This week I found a beautiful floral designed kit for my Recollections Planner. I love that it has the greens in the kit to match/coordinate with the colors already in the planner. I love the rose theme, the roses in my front yard are blooming like crazy right now so I felt this was the perfect kit to use. The fact that it was on sale the day I found it made it even better. I got this kit from I Love My Planner Shop on Etsy. The price I purchased it was only $1.99 but the regular price is only $3.75 so even not on sale this is an awesome buy.

I am pretty sure this is a new to me shop but I am certain I will be back to get more printable kits, there were so many gorgeous kits to choose from it was hard to pick.

The only thing I added this week were 3 half boxes but that is only because I want one for every day. I know most of you probably don't need a half box every day and the 4 that come with the kit would be plenty for most people.

I get asked all the time what sticker paper I use. Here is a photo of the packaging from my current paper. This is at least the 3rd package of this brand I have used and I really like it. Plan with me in my Happy Planner –Pink Lemonade– (ft Planner Problem 101)

I had noticed this free printable kit on the Planner Problem 101 site a couple of months ago. It was love at first site! I looked through my Happy Planner and found the first week I thought would be perfect for the kit. Since I loved the kit so much I wanted to showcase it on a week where everything would go together. When I turned to this week in my planner I found my sticky note I had put there to remind me to use this kit this week.

I love this spread, the lemons and lemonade theme are so pretty and they just scream summertime. The colors in the kit go perfectly with the colors that my Happy Planner has on these two pages.

As always with a kit from Planner Problem 101 there are so many stickers that you can probably find everything you desire no matter what you planning style.

Plan with me in my Recollections Planner –Sparkling Lemon– (ft Planning Choco)

This week I decided on this beautiful printable kit from the Etsy shop Planning Choco. I love this kit. There is just something about lemons paired with the color blue that I absolutely love. Blue and yellow is one of my favorite color combinations and it just screams summer to me in this kit.

I can't wait to get into the week and start planning, the pages just look so fresh and inviting.
